- HootBoard is hiring a Marketing head to lead HootBoard's marketing efforts with a goal to achieve significant growth. - The successful candidate will be able to understand our customer persona; and design, test, and implement acquisition tactics to drive interest. They shall be able to independently identify, test, and prioritize acquisition channels to deliver the maximum "bang for the buck" to meet OR exceed our lead generation targets. They will lead a team that consists of content creator, designer and developers as needed to execute on-budget campaigns. - Finally, the successful candidate must be data-driven review weekly plans, and share results with the management team. They must be comfortable taking direct feedback from peers and management and be mature enough to give feedback to peers and management if need be.
