Role Overview


The Vice President Sales will be responsible for complete sales ownership of assigned projects or clusters, including GTM strategy, team building, revenue delivery, and P&L management.


This role requires a leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and has deep relationships across the broker and developer ecosystem.


The VP Sales will work closely with leadership to scale projects from launch to full inventory absorption.


Key Responsibilities


1. Sales Strategy & Go-To-Market (GTM) Planning


- Design and execute project launch strategies


- Define pricing strategy, positioning, and sales narrative


- Identify target customer segments and broker networks


- Develop complete GTM plan for project launches


2. Revenue & P&L Ownership


- Own the complete P&L of assigned projects or clusters


- Drive revenue growth and ensure project profitability


- Monitor pricing, absorption rate, and inventory movement


- Optimize cost vs revenue performance of sales operations


3. Team Building & Leadership


- Hire and build a high-performance sales and sourcing team


- Manage Site Heads, Sales Managers, and sourcing teams


- Define KPIs and performance metrics for all sales roles


- Ensure strong discipline and accountability across teams


4. Sales Execution & Conversion


- Drive strong execution on ground across projects


- Ensure consistent site visits, pipeline generation, and deal closures


- Personally handle high-value negotiations and key buyers


- Maintain strong conversion ratios across projects


5. Broker & Channel Partner Network


- Build and maintain relationships with top brokers and channel partners


- Develop structured broker activation strategies


- Design broker incentive programs and engagement models


- Ensure broker loyalty and repeat business


6. Developer Relationship Management


- Act as the primary interface with developers for assigned projects


- Provide market insights on pricing, demand, and competition


- Align developer expectations with market realities


7. Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy


- Track micro-market trends and competitor activity


Provide actionable insights on:


- Pricing


- Product positioning


- Inventory strategy


8. Cross-Functional Coordination


Work closely with internal teams including:


- Marketing


- Operations


- Technology


- Finance


- To ensure seamless execution of project sales strategy.
