Inviting applications for the role of Human Resource Analyst This role demands taking care of the following from our Gurugram Office. - The HR Analyst will be responsible for analysing HR data, creating reports, and providing insights to support HR decision making. - This role involves working with multiple HR teams, such as recruitment, compensation, and employee relations, to provide data-driven solutions. - The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in HR analytics or data analysis, a related degree, advanced knowledge of Excel and HRIS, and experience with HR metrics. - The HR Analyst will play a critical role in supporting HR decision making and improving HR processes. - The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.
