Position Summary Description : - This position will work directly with Senior Management and has to take ownership for all Audit, Accounts and Finances of the company. Be proactive and forthcoming in ideation along with a problem solving mindset. - Generate and present financial and profitability reports to the top management and Liaison with external auditors, tax authorities, banks and any other service provider - Responsible for day to day and timely reconciliation of the bank, bookkeeping, and account finalization - Responsible for preparing financial statements, MIS reports periodically - Responsible for complying with all statutory payments like TDS, GST, PF, ESI, PT, and filing of returns on time - Should have a good knowledge of Income tax - particularly with respect to TDS/Advance Tax, including tax payments for employees - Should have a good knowledge of GST - Input Tax Credit and filing of GST returns - Should know-how to make tax payment and claiming the refunds Minimum Requirements : - 3-4 years of experience in accounts/finance function of small to medium organization post completion of Chartered Accountancy course - Attention to detail and ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality of information - Self motivated with excellent negotiation and presentation skills - Experience in real estate sector or a startup will be an added advantage - Ready to handle challenging task
