Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sales within the financial services industry, with a focus on housing loans and LAP.
This role requires excellent communication skills, local market knowledge, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while achieving business growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Affordable Housing Loans and LAP products in the Bangalore region.
- Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with potential customers, channel partners, and other stakeholders.
- Generate business through effective lead conversion and client acquisition strategies.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate financial solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports on sales performance, pipeline, and customer feedback.
Requirements
Education: Post Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 3 - 8 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in housing finance, LAP, or related financial products.
- Strong knowledge of the Bangalore market and customer segments.
- Proficiency in English and regional languages for effective communication.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team
