Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Legal Manager (Non-Litigation) to join our dynamic team at Singularity Creditworld Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing non-litigation legal matters, with a strong focus on property due diligence and mortgage-related documentation.

This role requires thorough knowledge of real estate laws, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to provide sound legal opinions to safeguard the companys interests.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide comprehensive legal assistance to the company on non-litigation matters.

- Conduct due diligence of properties proposed for mortgage.

- Review and prepare Legal Search Reports (LSR) and Title Search Reports (TSR) and provide legal opinions.

- Carry out property searches and prepare detailed search reports.

- Undertake legal due diligence for property-related transactions to facilitate mortgage creation.

- Ensure compliance with applicable property, real estate, and regulatory laws.

- Liaise with internal teams, external counsels, and other stakeholders to resolve queries.

- Draft, review, and vet legal documentation related to property transactions.

Key Skills & Requirements

Qualification: LLB from a reputed law college.

Experience: 3 - 6 years of relevant experience in property due diligence, mortgage documentation, and non-litigation legal processes.

- Strong knowledge of property, mortgage, and real estate laws.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.

- High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
