
The Regional Head - Direct Sales is responsible for driving growth, productivity, and profitability of his/her teams in the region, strengthening developer relationships, ensuring superior customer experience, and building a strong leadership bench
Key Responsibilities
- Own regional sales targets
- Drive consistent performance across micro-markets and projects.
- Ensure achievement of productivity benchmarks for sales teams.
- Monitor and improve funnel health - leads, site visits, bookings, closures.
- Drive disciplined forecasting and weekly/monthly reviews.
- Lead, mentor, and develop Area Managers and Relationship Managers
- Build a performance culture focused on accountability, coaching, and continuous feedback
- Ensure alignment with developers on project focus, customer profiling, and conversion strategies
- Ensure 100% consistent and compliant customer experience across the specifically aligned teams
- Reduce customer complaints, cancellations, and leakage points.
- Uphold company policies, ethical selling, and regulatory compliances
- Establish strong daily/weekly/monthly operating rhythm.
- Track dashboards on productivity, closures and team attrition.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Experience
- 7-11+ years in Real Estate Direct Sales / Residential Sales
- Proven experience of managing teams
