Digital Analytics Manager (Onsite - Gurugram) Responsibilities : - Work closely with Digital and Online teams and IT to capture clickstream data generated by online customer activity on HCIN's apps and websites across product lines and store and manage it into big data ecosystem using Google Analytics, Firebase or similar tools - Provide in-depth intuitive and insightful custom reports (Power BI/Tableau) to communicate key metrics and findings covering the usage, analysis and insights on user behavior - Help the digital team in generating the different customer funnel views, in identifying reasons for high bounce rates, issues with pages/views on the app and website leading to a better online customer experience - Recommend and create A/B or multivariate tests to improve user experience and conversion - Analyze campaign data and adjust strategies to deliver maximum return on investment. - Analyze behavioral data to uncover and surface product insights through the consumer lens and build novel methods to analyze data that could lead us to new insights or dispel myths about consumer behavior. - Drive the ideation, development, and data extraction from standard (Google Analytics) and custom web events as per the needs of the online and digital teams - Conduct funnel analysis and any ad-hoc analysis on click stream data as required by the business teams - Manage the analysis on HCIN's Hadoop ecosystem - Producing meaningful digital KPI dashboards and delivering monthly, cross-channel performance reports with actionable insights that leads to a better understanding of the overall customer behavior across interaction channels - Collaborate with our team's embedded Business Leads, internal partners and business team members to find opportunities where we can use data to make better decisions. - Understand the data needs of stakeholders and deliver the same with executional excellence using available data sources - Thinking out-of-box to use external data intelligently to further enhance insights - Serve as the voice of consumer analytics across several workstreams, providing a perspective on what data we have, what it can tell us about consumer behavior, and how we can use it to create the best experience for our consumers and our business. - Be a key stakeholder and advisor in all new strategic data initiatives and ensure alignment to the business data strategy - Find opportunities to create, automate and scale repeatable analyses or build self-service tools for business users - Mentor, motivate and coach of junior staff regarding technical solutions and data analysis techniques Requirements : - University degree in mathematics/statistics/engineering/IT sciences from top universities - 6-9 years of work experience (and ideally team management experience) in digital and web analytics at a major financial / ecommerce organization analyzing B2C clickstream data - Able to think analytically, use a systematic and logical approach to analyze data, problems, and situations. - Thorough understanding of concepts of sales funnel, conversion, propensity to buy/up-sell/cross-sell and click stream data concepts - abandonment, leakage, bounce rate, conversion, views, impression, customer journey analysis, audience analysis, behavior analysis, etc. - Substantive experience with transaction, clickstream and user profiling data and in conducting A/B testing, creating control and test groups, and analyzing these data for these user groups and generating insights - Experience querying big data environments preferred (e.g. Google Cloud using Big Query, Databricks, Hive). - Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution - Hands on experience with Advanced SQL and Strong Tableau/Power BI visualization skills preferred. - Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools. Should have end to end knowledge of implementation of clickstream data starting from requirement gathering, event definition creation, helping IT to properly tag events in App/Web via GTM or app code, data quality assurance using GA console, events log file or raw data from clouds. - Highly skilled in Google Analytics, Firebase (or Adobe suite), tag manager, AdWords - Must be well organized at work to manage large volumes and plan ahead - Ability to manage multiple deliverables with minimum guidance and pro-actively set up communication processes with stakeholders - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience with data integration/analysis tools analyzing large volumes of data regularly - Understanding of app marketing tools like Google AdWords, Facebook data and their console. - Good business acumen to orient clickstream data to better understand user behavior and pattern thus help in enabling better user experience - Skilled at reporting, analysis, and working with large amounts of data with demonstrated ability to use data to influence decision making. - Experience working in an Agile and Test-Driven Development environment.
