Description:
- Reviews the asset files shared by the project owner.
- Performs thorough analysis of the content for completeness and accuracy and communicates with stakeholders.
- Performs coding as per the requirement shared and deploying on Veeva or SFMC platforms.
- Controls versioning of deliverables.
- Implements business rules for web-triggered email in Veeva and SFMC.
- Uploads content as per Veeva/SFMC requirements.
- Performs peer review for unit and integration checks.
- Participates in issue resolution and defect fixing.
- Understands and follows the End-to-End process of all digital content deliverables.
- Identifies redundant tasks and pushes for better ways of working.
- Ensures adherence to latest/required Veeva & SFMC platform standards.
- Ensures trainings (technical and non-technical) are taken up and completed on time as per the timelines to meet business requirements.
What will you need?
- Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring workload distribution and timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct regular team meetings to track progress, resolve blockers, and align on priorities.
- Mentor and guide team members to improve technical skills, platform knowledge, and adherence to best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, QA, project management) to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery.
- Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and maintain updated documentation for team reference.
- Ensure team compliance with organizational processes, security protocols, and quality standards.
