What will you do?

- Team Leadership & Management: Lead and mentor a team of Campaign Specialists, providing guidance, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities while fostering a positive, productive work environment.

- Operational Oversight: Develop and monitor daily workflows, ensuring efficient processes, adherence to company policies, and timely task completion, while analyzing key performance metrics to drive improvements.

- Campaign Execution & Optimization: Oversee flawless campaign execution, ensuring alignment with client requirements, and optimization strategies to enhance performance.

- Client Relationship Management: Act as a point of escalation for client concerns, collaborate with Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction, and proactively identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships.

- Process Improvement & Automation: Evaluate existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.

- Training & Development: Identify team training needs, conduct sessions to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to hiring and onboarding processes for new team members.

- Strategic Contribution: Support the development of campaign strategies, conduct market research to identify new opportunities, and propose innovative initiatives to drive team and business growth.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure strategic alignment, share best practices, and contribute insights through presentations or knowledge sharing sessions.

What will you need?

- Tech/BCA/MCA or equivalent technical degree (Preferred).

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in campaign management, email marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a managerial or team lead role within a BPO/KPO setting (Preferred).

- Strong understanding of operational processes, systems, and principles.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in managing, guiding, and leading employees to foster positive communication and a productive work environment.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound managerial decisions.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
