About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned customers in our automotive components manufacturing division.

In this pivotal B2B role, you will drive business growth, manage OEM sales cycles, and lead cross-functional initiatives to secure new opportunities, optimize profitability, and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as SPOC for assigned customers, actively engaging current accounts and pursuing new leads to expand business.

- Secure RFQs and coordinate comprehensive, on-time responses with cross-functional teams (CFT).

- Lead customer onboarding, including audits, plant visits, and fulfillment of techno-commercial and customer-specific requirements.

- Coordinate product development and project management as a core team member.

- Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and internal profitability programs in collaboration with customers.

- Monitor commodity/forex price tracks and implement timely adjustments.

- Ensure QMS adherence, meet customer schedules, exceed sales targets, and maximize supplier/vendor ratings.

- Prepare weekly/monthly MIS reports, track KPIs, contribute to annual business plans/budgets, and monitor progress.

- Support digital marketing efforts (website, LinkedIn, email campaigns, SEO).

- Utilize SAP (SD Module) at a working level.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering; MBA preferred.

- 5-10 years in B2B sales, ideally in automotive components manufacturing.

- Strong grasp of OEM sales cycles, RFQs, customer audits, and stakeholder management.

- Proven track record in account management, project coordination, and profitability improvement.

- Working knowledge of SAP SD Module; familiarity with QMS and digital tools is a plus.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and results-oriented mindset
