Inviting application for a leading Real Estate Company in Mumbai, Majorly known to undertake Redevelopment Projects.
Role: Sales & Marketing (Real Estate).
Responsibilities
- To interact with Directors for all Sales Activities.
- To manage the entire spectrum Sales of residential portfolio of the company.
- To devise innovative sales strategies (including pricing, promotion and positioning of facilities / property in the appropriate market segments etc.
- To establish and ensure performance monitoring system through MIS report on month-to-month basis especially achievements of target vis-avis budget.
- To foster ongoing relationship with property consultant & IPC.
- To work closely with the Execution / Construction team to ensure successful smooth delivery of client services.
- To carry out market research and maintain and appraise the management using primary and secondary data of the research on demand supply dynamics, competition analysis etc.
- To build leadership team and accountabilities as well as best in line SOPs, monitoring performance data to measure productivity and goal progress within the laid down norms.
- To generate enquiries & develop business for upcoming projects, whilst continuously monitoring and evaluating price trends in the market.
- To develop costing models & financial tools for facilitating decision making for high value & big-ticket transactions.
- To coordinate with CRM Team post sales to ensure highest customer satisfaction.
- To carry out any other tasks as assigned by Management from time to time.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- BCom, preferably MBA with specialization in marketing.
- With 10-25 years of relevant years of experience in real estate industry.
- Good communication skills, salesmanship, good presentation skills, time management, crisis management.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry, MS office.
