Description:
Role Purpose:
The Facility Head will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations, maintenance, and service excellence across a portfolio of high-end properties including residential, commercial, and hospitality assets. The role requires strategic oversight, strong people management skills, and a deep understanding of hospitality-driven service standards to deliver an exceptional occupant and guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Budgeting:
- Plan and manage operational and capital expenditure budgets.
- Optimize costs while maintaining service quality through strategic vendor management.
- Analyse energy consumption and implement cost-saving, green building initiatives.
2. Facility Operations & Maintenance:
- Lead the overall facilities operations across assigned properties including hard and soft services.
- Oversee MEP, HVAC, fire safety, water systems, and other critical infrastructure.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules with minimal disruption to business or residents
3. Hospitality-Focused Service Delivery:
- Infuse hospitality standards in daily operations to ensure superior resident/guest experience.
- Drive initiatives focused on concierge services, cleanliness, ambience, and responsiveness.
- Manage experience audits, guest feedback, and continuous service enhancements
4. Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead and mentor a multi-functional team including engineering, housekeeping, front desk, landscaping, and security staff.
- Ensure all staff are well-trained in safety protocols, soft skills, and customer service.
5. Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure adherence to local regulatory, health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Conduct periodic facility audits and implement corrective actions.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or related fields. MBA preferred.
- Experience in Hospitality is mandatory ( minimum 6 -10 yrs)
- Certifications (Optionl) - PMP, IFMA, RICS, NEBOSH, Six Sigma (preferred).
- Technical Skills MEP systems, energy & water management, safety compliance,
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, customer-centric mindset, negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
