Product Manager
Overview:
We're hiring a tech-savvy Product Manager to own project scoping, documentation, and day-to-day coordination with developers.
You'll act as the bridge between U.S. business goals and offshore engineering execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and manage product/feature requirements
- Translate business objectives into clear technical specs
- Maintain sprint plans, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with engineers to unblock and prioritize work
- Support QA and deployment coordination
Requirements:
- 5+ years in product or technical program management
- Strong understanding of software dev lifecycle (Agile/Scrum)
- Experience working with cross-border engineering teams
- Ability to write clear documentation and manage scope
Job Type & Work Hours
- Employment Type: Full-time | Permanent
- Location: Remote (India-based)
- Working Days: Monday to Friday
- Work Hours: 4 to 6 hours of overlap with EST timezone
