Human Resource Manager This role will be on 3rd Party Payroll Job Description: The person Will be responsible for the Sales program for the South & West Region & Non sales program for PAN India. this role shall include all the activities of HR from Recruitment to Exit for sales & Non Sales team and will be responsible for Admin activities for HMD Bangalore office. Responsibilities: - Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes for sales and Non sales - Oversee all staffing needs and operations of the company - Liaise with recruiting agencies to fill vacancies in a timely manner - Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development - Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems - Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace - Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies - Undertake tasks in performance management - Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics - Manage and implement employee engagement activities @ Bangalore office and sales team spread across the regions of South & West. - Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc) - Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties - Assist recruiters to source candidates for open mandates - review payroll preparation with relevant details (absences, bonus, leaves, etc) - Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews with Zone head. - Support and Coordinate for recruitments for sales & non sales positions. - Vendor Management (Agreements / Variables / Performance) - Planning quarterly employee engagement activities - Plan and coordinate all installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity, etc.) and refurbishments. - Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards. - Inspect buildings' structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations. - Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs. - Supervise all facilities staff (housekeeping, technicians, groundskeepers, etc.) and external contractors. - Control activities like parking space allocation, waste disposal, and building security. - Allocate office space according to needs. - Handle insurance plans and service contracts. - Keep financial and non-financial records. - Perform analysis and forecasting.
