About the Role
At HMD, we build human-first mobile experiences designed with purpose, built to last, and made for real life. We are looking for a creative-led, execution-strong marketer to elevate how HMD shows up across social, e-commerce, digital assets, and offline retail touchpoints in India. In this role, it will be critical to bring a strong campaign thought & creative point of view while building operational excellence balancing speed, quality, brand consistency, and business outcomes across channels.

- Lead cross-functional execution with global teams, agencies, sales, retail, etc.
Responsibilities
Social & community content
- Drive creative development for digital assets (static, motion, short-form video, stories/reels formats), ensuring platform-native execution
- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate product benefits into clear consumer storytelling.
Digital assets & Retail creative development
- Manage HMD Indias digital assets including website, CRM, mobile applications, and e-commerce platforms ensuring content accuracy, and strong hygiene check.
- Coordinate with internal teams for updates on new launches, landing page readiness
- Manage agencies/vendors for POSM, OOH, and in-store branding design,
E-commerce content & creative optimization
- Manage marketplace and D2C content to improve discoverability, titles, bullets, descriptions, imagery, brand store, PDPs, feature modules, and creative refreshes if required.
Agency & stakeholder management
- Lead external agencies and creative partners from brief to output with strong quality control and cost/time management
Skills & experience
- 5 - 8 years of experience in brand content, social media, digital creative management, or integrated marketing (consumer tech/mobile preferred)
- Strong creative judgment with the ability to evaluate craft, storytelling, and platform fit across formats
- Demonstrated experience managing agencies/vendors and driving output through structured briefs, feedback, and timelines
In three months
- Audit and streamline content workflows across social, e-commerce, website/app/CRM and retail creative.
- Establish a clear monthly social/creative calendar basis the launches, always-on content, and community engagement ideas.
- Define KPIs for creative excellence (brand guardrails, templates, turnaround times, quality checks)
In six months
- Launch product campaigns with global/regional alignment and strong India-local relevance.
- Improve e-commerce content performance (PDP quality, creatives, A+ content where applicable, SEO hygiene) with measurable ranking/CTR/CVR lifts
- Build a repeatable system to deliver POSM/OOH/store branding assets on-time with strong retail execution
In 12 months
- Become the go-to owner for HMD Indias brand team across digital and retail touchpoints
- Deliver a consistent, premium brand experience across channels with strong campaign recall and conversion impact.
- Build a scalable agency and production ecosystem that reduces cycle time and increases creative effectiveness.
