Description:
Strategic Hiring & Workforce Planning:
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce plans.
- Forecast hiring needs based on business plans, project pipelines, and attrition analysis.
- Design and drive targeted hiring campaigns for key business units (Sales, Service Delivery, Projects, NOC/SOC, Pre-Sales, Engineering Support, etc.).
End-to-End Recruitment Management:
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle from requisition to onboarding for PAN India locations.
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates using multiple channels (job portals, social media, headhunting, employee referrals, campus, and vendors).
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with business heads, delivery managers, and project leaders to understand and fulfill manpower needs.
- Provide timely recruitment updates and analytics to senior management.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
- Optimize recruitment processes and implement best practices using ATS and other HR tech tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, labor laws, and diversity and inclusion guidelines.
- Regularly audit recruitment documentation and hiring metrics for quality and consistency.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Strong understanding of the IT infrastructure services domain and related job roles.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, ATS platforms).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
