Job Description
We are seeking an experienced TA partner to drive and manage end-to-end hiring for our business teams including R&D/ GTM.
You will play a strategic role in scaling our technical workforce while ensuring a strong candidate experience, diversity of pipeline, and alignment with business goals.
What youll be working on?
- Own and execute the full-cycle recruitment process for tech and non tech roles across departments.
- Partner closely with department heads and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build robust hiring strategies.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, and employer branding efforts.
- Drive recruitment operations, maintain dashboards, and track hiring metrics.
- Enhance candidate experience through effective communication and streamlined processes.
- Collaborate with the People/HR team to ensure seamless onboarding and workforce planning.
- Stay updated on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability for non-tech roles.
What we are looking for?
- 4-5 years of proven experience in talent acquisition.
- Strong track record in hiring across tech and design roles.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience in using modern ATS and recruitment tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and report recruitment metrics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
