Responsibilities: 1. Develop long and short-term strategic plans for clients. 2. Maintain productive relationships with clients. 3. Track and monitor overall account performance to meet revenue targets. 4. Work with management in identifying opportunities for new and existing clients. 5. Prepare a monthly overview of client activities, revenue forecast and quarterly plans. 6. Drive channel level innovation to find better ways of delivering results 7. Direct clients during the onboarding process. 8. Manage client budgets and provide cost optimization solutions. Who will report into this role: 1. Associate Group Head/Group Head. 2.
