Skills: - 6- 8 years of total experience in recruitment, at-least 3-4 years of experience in end-end campus hiring - Should have experience is hiring from Technology and B schools across India - Should have experience in talent pipelining, mobilizing panels, managing logistics etc for campus drives - Should be well networked with various colleges/ B schools in India - Should have experience of hiring for technical and management roles. - Education : MBA or equivalent from premier institutes. R & R - Will work closely with leadership team in forecasting,budgeting, fulfilling the hiring needs on a timely basis - Will the SPOC for all campus hires - Will be responsible for offers, onboarding and orientation of all campus hires. - Will be a part of branding activities for campus hiring on a need basis.
