Role Overview:
Were looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and execution across all online platforms.
You will be responsible for driving lead generation, building brand visibility, and converting traffic into loyal users.
The ideal candidate is results-driven, creative, and highly skilled in performance marketing and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and optimize multichannel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, PPC).
- Lead performance marketing initiatives focused on lead generation and client acquisition for virtual assistant services.
- Manage social media platforms (Facebook , LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) to enhance brand awareness.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging, high-converting creatives.
- Track KPIs and ROI, analyze campaign data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage paid media strategies using Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Drive SEO strategies including on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
- Build and manage CRM workflows and email marketing campaigns using tools like HubSpot or Mailchimp.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the sales and product teams to align marketing strategies.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors/masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 5 to 8 years of proven digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS/VA industries.
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
- Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- Immediate availability to join.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the virtual assistant or remote productivity sector.
- Knowledge of AI tools and automation workflows.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Suite).
