About the job:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Engage in the development, implementation, review, and monitoring of various credit programs and provide training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency of the team.

2. Support and co-partner with business teams to manage end-to-end credit

3. Oversee and initiate follow-ups with central vendors to ensure timely query resolution/ report submission.

4. Collaborating with Tech Team to increase the extent of automation and system decisions to maximize the coverage of transactions through the system

5. Portfolio monitoring and portfolio analytics - Analysing various data trends and presenting them to the top management

6. Training the team - on a regular basis and digitizing the training workflow.
