Description:

- Implementing recovery objectives, managing legal processes, and fostering relationships with legal entities.

- Follow the legal recovery strategy and assist collections teams to enhance regional recovery efforts.

- Implement recovery objectives for active cases and maintain up-to-date legal MIS regularly.

- Maintaining proper tracker of the cases filed by the company against various legal proceedings.

- Drafting legal notices , replies & various other legal communications.

- Knowledge on various litigation procedures like : SARFAESI , SEC-138 , Arbitration , executions & civil/criminal cases .

- Customer visits for stressed / chronic borrowers for legal recovery , execution of Sec14 required.

- To appear before the courts , tribunals to defend the cases which are filed.

- Collaborate with law enforcement and courts to ensure timely payment of dues in the region.

- Utilize legal mechanisms, including Section 138 notices, legal notices, Lok Adalat, and conciliation, for effective recovery.

- Manage the region's lawsuit database and implement new legal tools and procedures.

- Initiate projects aimed at reducing legal costs in the region.

- Ensure all case files are well-documented and adhere to established procedures.

- Maintain positive relationships with solicitors in the region.

- Address non-performing assets (NPAs) by developing tailored solutions to maximize returns on investment.
