Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Good understanding of credit policy and data analytics regarding retail lending business 2. Candidate with expertise in data analysis and visualization of data 3. Manage the development and maintenance of business intelligence reports and dashboards for the retail lending business 4. Lead a team of analysts responsible for data analysis and MIS reporting 5. Collaborate with stakeholders across the retail lending business to identify and prioritize data needs 6. Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular monitoring and maintenance 7. Identify opportunities to optimize data collection, storage, and analysis processes. Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for business growth and risk control 8. Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Provide strategic guidance on data-driven business decisions 9. Calculation and periodical recon of PD / LGD / EAD and ECL allowance 10. Incentive calculation of Credit / Collections / Sales unit on periodical basis Desired Candidate Profile Industry: Preferred industry NBFC IT skills : 1. Efficient knowledge of MS Office - Excel, Word and Powerpoint 2. Strong use of datamart/data warehouse to manage the BI tools and output version changes, Database management, macros, SQL skill is preferred 3. Working knowledge of Loan Origination and Management systems 4. Digital exposure should be preferred. Should have looked at scale and complexities.
