- Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in handling corporate secretarial matters as its Company Secretary / Deputy Company Secretary or equivalent, of a listed entity [Equity and/or Debt Listed with a scheduled commercial bank or RBI Registered NBFC].
- Providing the management strategic direction to enhance the business and commercial interest of the Company, and aid in risk minimization.
- Having good network with Capital Market Institutional Intermediaries.

- Ability to work seamlessly with the Board, senior management and other cross-functional teams i.e. business, finance, risk, compliance, HR, IT and secretarial.
- Eye for detail and ability to multi-task under deadlines.

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Arts or Science.
- Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
