Industry: Healthcare background preferred

Qualifications:

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)

- 8-10 years of post-qualification experience

- Strong knowledge of MSME compliances

- Expertise in Vendor Management

- Strong knowledge of ROC/MCA compliances & bid documentation

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee complete bookkeeping for holding & subsidiary companies

- Manage GST, TDS, Payroll & all statutory compliances

- Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable, Vendor & Govt. liaison

- Prepare & review standalone & consolidated financial statements

- Design & publish MIS reports & budgets

- Manage banking operations, funding & costing of projects

- Support Legal team for contracts, ROC/MCA compliances & bid documentation
