I am hereby taking an opportunity to introduce a job opening with the esteemed organisation "Hindustan Unilever".  Kindly find the job description below.  Job description:  To manage the development and implementation of SAP GRC tools (Access Controls, Process controls) processes and technology globally as per the Global design identified by the EFCR team, to identify and secure agreement on specific solution needs, acquiring and utilising the necessary resources and skills, within agreed parameters of cost, timescales and quality.   - Leading teams to deliver   - Managing and embedding change   - Creating realistic and achievable plans   - Qualification – MBA (IT/System/Finance)  Job Location: Bangalore  Definition:   - Takes responsibility for the definition, documentation and successful completion of the GRC solution as part of the EFCR project, ensuring that realistic project, quality and risk plans are prepared and maintained and that a change control procedure is in place.   - Monitors and controls resources, revenue and capital cost against the project budget and manages expectations of all project stakeholders.   Main Accountabilities   - Identifies, assesses and manages risks to the success of the project. Take responsibility for the definition, documentation and safe execution of small to medium-scale projects, actively participating in all phases of the project   - Ensures that realistic project and quality plans are prepared and maintained and tracks all activities against the plan, providing regular and accurate reports to stakeholders, as appropriate.   - Monitors costs, timescales and resources used, and takes action where these deviate from agreed tolerances. Ensures that delivered systems are implemented within these criteria.   - Initiates and influences relationships with and between key stakeholders, in business change design, management and implementation, acting as a primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and influencers.   - Manages the change control procedure and ensures that project deliverables are completed within planned cost, timescale and resource budgets, and are signed off. Gains agreement for revisions to the projects from project sponsors.   - Provides effective leadership to the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience. Takes appropriate action where performance deviates from agreed tolerances. Actively represents the project team, ensuring that effective relationships are built and maintained with the business.   - Identifies mechanisms by which benefits can be delivered and measured, and plans to activate these mechanisms at the required time. Recognizes issues that may help or hinder the change and works with others to tackle them.   - Determines the readiness levels of business users with regard to upcoming changes; uncovers readiness gaps and creates and implements action plans to close the gaps prior to go-live.   - Multi country project management and implementation experience essential   - SAP (Full cycle) implementation experience essential   - Process / Functional role in Finance experience preferred   - Project Management & Change implementation   - SAP FI Skills   - Financial process knowledge   - People management and communication skills   - Analytical Thinking - Acquiring understanding of a problem or situation by breaking it down systematically into its component parts and identifying the relationships between these parts.   - Should have a team leading experience.  Additional accountabilities:-   - Effectively estimates costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful delivery of the project(s) to agreed terms of reference.   - Ensures that own projects are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, and that lessons learned are captured and actioned. Produces appropriate documentation to support these processes.   - Evaluates and makes recommendations/decisions on technical options as appropriate.   - Leads activities required in the realisation of the benefits of each part of the change programme, co-ordinating personnel from different disciplines and with different viewpoints.   - Experience - 5-6 years successful track record working in a project management role on small-medium scale projects.
