Role Overview:
We are looking for a high-performing and analytically strong Business Strategy Manager who will work directly with the CXO leadership team to drive strategic planning, performance improvement, growth initiatives, and cross-functional projects across the OTTplay business. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to influence business decisions at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with CXOs to define, track, and execute business strategy, OKRs, and key growth initiatives.
- Conduct market research, industry benchmarking, and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
- Prepare high-quality business presentations, board materials, and CXO-level reports.
- Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and business growth across product, marketing, and revenue teams.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives in areas like monetization, subscriptions, partnerships, and content strategy.
- Develop financial and performance models to support data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with product, analytics, finance, and marketing teams to align execution with strategic goals.
- Drive special projects from conceptualization to implementation with full ownership.
Key Requirements:
- 4 to 7 years of experience in business strategy, consulting, corporate strategy, or a similar high-impact role.
- Proven experience working with or reporting to CXO-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills ability to influence decisions through insights.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth startup or digital environment.
- MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred (not mandatory if compensated by relevant experience).
