Branch Manager - Sales
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Branch Sales Manager - B2B to lead a team of sales professionals and manage key accounts.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through upselling, cross-selling, customer retention, and renewal strategies. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets in the B2B domain.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Handling:
- Managing multiple AMs/RMs whilst effectively & efficiently delegating tasks to ensure overall branch target achievement
Key Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies for upselling and cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients.
- Proactively address client needs and provide tailored solutions to enhance retention.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the branch territory.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and execute branch-level sales and marketing strategies.
Sales Planning and Reporting:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve branch targets in alignment with organizational goals.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 to 10 years of relevant experience (B2B/Corporate sales, field sales) Team size managed: 5-10 front-line acquisition sales individual contributors
