Key Responsibilities :

Financial Accounting & Control :

- Manage Revenue Accounting & Control to ensure financial accuracy and compliance

- Oversee Coal Accounting & Payables, including reconciliation and vendor management

- Handle Project Accounting & Controls across business operations

- Supervise transaction processing activities and ensure operational efficiency

- Prepare financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards

Reporting & MIS :

- Prepare and analyze MIS reports to support management decision-making

- Monitor financial performance and highlight key business insights

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes

Accounts Receivable & Compliance :

- Ensure effective control over Accounts Receivable and collection processes

- Strengthen internal financial controls and governance mechanisms

- Ensure compliance with financial policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Strong experience in financial accounting, controls, and reporting

- Expertise in revenue accounting, project accounting, and payable management

- Strong understanding of MIS reporting and financial analysis

- Experience in handling internal controls and financial governance

- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage multiple accounting processes efficiently
