Role Overview:
We are hiring a detail-oriented, analytical, and process-driven Deputy Commercial Manager / Commercial Manager to lead our plant-level commercial operations.
This role is critical in ensuring financial discipline, vendor management, statutory compliance, inventory control, and high-quality MIS for strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable & Vendor Transactions:
- End-to-end processing of vendor invoices and payments.
- Vendor account reconciliation.
- Issuance and follow-up of Debit Notes (Purchase/Sales/Job Work/Product Trials).
Treasury & Cash Management:
- Daily cash flow planning and cash management.
- Bank account reconciliation and treasury coordination.
Inventory & Fixed Assets:
- Monthly RM/PM/FG stock reconciliation.
- Monthly physical stock verification.
- Fixed assets verification, tagging, and coding across the plant.
Compliance & Taxation (GST & TDS):
- Managing GST returns, assessments, and refunds.
- Coordinating factory-level TDS data with HO Finance.
- Ensuring full compliance with statutory & audit requirements.
Reporting, MIS & Budgeting:
- Preparing MIS for HO Finance, Factory Manager, and GM Operations.
- Plant expenses (gain/loss) analysis.
- Wages, salaries, and manpower cost reporting.
- Supporting quarterly and annual budget finalization.
- Tracking expenditure vs. budget and sharing timely variance alerts.
- Comprehensive reporting support to HO Finance.
Support in Finalization & Process Excellence:
- Supporting HO Finance in balance sheet finalization.
- Resolving Focus/ERP issues and ensuring seamless processes.
- Acting as contingency support during team member absence.
What You Bring:
Education: B.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA preferred.
Experience: 5-10 years of plant-level commercial, finance, or accounts experience (FMCG preferred).
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, statutory compliance.
- Hands-on expertise in vendor management, AP, MIS & budgeting.
- Working knowledge of plant ERP systems (Focus ERP preferred).
- Strong command over MS Excel & reconciliations.
