Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Planning & Budgeting: Develop and execute the annual sales budget and comprehensive monthly sales plans.

- You will be accountable for managing product volume and profit targets, ensuring sustainable growth across all product lines.

- Revenue & Business Growth: Drive significant sales growth by retaining existing business and developing new customer relationships.

- You will be responsible for P&L management for the assigned brand and territory, strategically expanding our market share.

- Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals.


- You will oversee talent acquisition, training, and performance management, ensuring the team is disciplined, motivated, and equipped to meet business objectives.

- Channel & Market Management: Maintain and expand a strong distribution network by building excellent relationships with dealers and farmers.

- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities, create innovative sales campaigns, and manage stock inventory to ensure optimal availability and zero sales returns.

- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a key representative of the organization, engaging with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and key business leaders (KBLs) to build lasting partnerships and promote our brand.

- Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of the sales cycle, including credit management, and ensure seamless functioning of the distribution channel to guarantee smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

Education: B.Sc. (Agri) / M.Sc (Agri) / MBA.


Experience: 15-18 years of proven experience in sales leadership, with a strong track record of business growth, geographic expansion, and profitability, preferably in the cattlefeed, agri-business, or FMCG rural sector.


Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.


Domain Expertise: Excellent connections and a deep understanding of the dealer and farmer network in Maharashtra.
