Duties & Responsibilities

- Quality Assurance: Develop, implement, and oversee all quality assurance activities, including setting norms, procedures, and documentation to ensure effective implementation across the board.

- Market Analysis: Conduct wet chemical analysis on competitors' products for market study, collaborating closely with our sales team and nutritionists.

- Complaint Resolution: Proactively track and resolve quality complaints by conducting thorough root-cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.

- Product Quality: Inspect and maintain standardized quality for all incoming raw materials and the final products shipped to customers.

- Corrective Actions: Take timely and decisive corrective actions in response to internal and external audit findings.

- Product Development: Lead the development of new products and commodities to expand our offerings.

Requirements

Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc degree.

Experience: 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in a quality control or quality assurance role, preferably within the agro-based or manufacturing sector.
