Manager - Materials Management

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Track unloading of raw materials and maintain accurate storage records.

- Monitor and analyze rejected stock, ensuring proper documentation and corrective actions.

- Ensure appropriate stacking and storage of materials as per safety and quality standards.

- Liaise with production and other departments to plan and implement raw material consumption.

- Conduct frequent inspections of godowns and verify raw materials prior to consumption.

- Generate and submit inspection and inventory reports for management review.

- Inspect finished goods to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to avoid production disruptions.

Qualification & Experience:

- B.Sc. / M.Sc. degree (mandatory)

- 11-12 years of relevant experience in materials management, stores, or inventory control
