Description:
Qualification & Experience:
Graduate / Postgraduate
15 to 18 years of relevant experience in marketing and sales, preferably in agro-based or FMCG industries
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Prepare the annual sales budget and align it with business goals.
- Develop and execute monthly sales plans to achieve targets.
- Provide training and guidance to subordinate staff to enhance performance.
- Conduct periodic market visits to monitor staff performance and maintain direct customer relationships.
- Retain existing customers and develop new customers by implementing effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market surveys and design innovative marketing campaigns and experiments.
- Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure effective credit control and recovery.
- Generate and present marketing and sales reports to management.
- Creatively engage customers, retailers, and partners to strengthen the brand image and build long-term relationships.
- Design advertising and promotional schemes, obtain approvals, and implement them as per plan.
