Key Responsibilities:
The Human Resource and Admin. Manager will oversee end-to-end HR and administrative operations, ensuring compliance, employee welfare, and effective manpower management.
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with industrial statutes and labour laws, planning and managing manpower requirements, leading recruitment and selection, and designing training and development programs.
The role also includes overseeing timekeeping and wage administration, driving employee welfare initiatives, maintaining healthy industrial relations, supervising security and safety, handling disciplinary matters and grievances, promoting progressive personnel management practices, managing general office administration, overseeing contractor employment, and ensuring efficient housekeeping and gardening operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA (HR) / MPM / MSW or equivalent qualification.
- 15-20 years of progressive experience in HR and Administration, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setups.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, IR, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
