Key Responsibilities:

The Cost Accounts Manager will oversee cost accounting, financial analysis, and reporting to support business operations and decision-making.

Responsibilities include:

- Generate finished goods and inventory accounting, audit, and control reports.

- Monitor raw material consumption and losses.

- Prepare monthly financial performance reports.

- Provide financial support to other departments.

- Ensure effective control of financial processes and deliver operational excellence.

- Offer analytical support on key and new business projects.

- Analyze accounting data to provide actionable financial information to management.

- Lead budgeting and budgetary control activities.

- Oversee factory and inventory accounting and maintain effective controls.

- Evaluate and monitor project costs.

Qualifications & Experience:

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA/ ICWA or equivalent qualification.

- 14-16 years of progressive experience in cost accounting, financial management, or related roles, preferably in manufacturing or industrial setups.

- Strong expertise in costing, budgeting, and financial analysis.

- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
