Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhandara for the position of Head - Design, Process & Application Engineering.

- The role involves overseeing the design and development of products, managing process engineering activities, and ensuring application engineering standards.

- Responsibilities include leading and mentoring the engineering team, coordinating with other departments, ensuring the implementation of quality standards, and continuously improving engineering processes to achieve operational excellence.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Design Engineering, Process Engineering, and Application Engineering.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in CAD software, process simulation tools, and other engineering software.

- Thorough understanding of quality standards and regulatory requirements related to Friction Materials.

- Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

- Pertinent experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is an advantage.

- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
