Zonal Sales Strategy Development - To liaison with OU Franchise Manager, corporate commercial team to analyse and execute market research reports to identify gaps and opportunities within the Zone to drive the zonal sales strategy based on the national sales strategy and inputs from the zone sales team.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Market Execution Plan-Execute the Regional & National programs with respect to trade, Consumers & premium portfolio. Also, will be driving and executing the National Channel programs like KKB, RR & E&D club to drive same store growth.

2. Channel Development-Understand the local consumption drivers in various channels, work with accounts in various channels identify their needs, develop and drive consumption building programs, drive incidence and transactions, drive implementation of national programs, track effectiveness of these programs and provide feedback to the corporate team

3. Channel Management-Guide development of channel activation programs, promotions and sponsorships and track effectiveness of these activities across the Zone.

4. Sales Management process in collaboration with RGM: Interaction with Demand Planning function to finalize the zonal sales plan for the month and driving the plan with the sales function. Need to work in cross functional teams to ensure demand fulfilment and compliance

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 10-12years of experience FMCG Experience, Exposure to Sales & Trade Marketing

- Should be Graduate or Postgraduation in MBA or equivalent work experience
