Title: National Manager - Internal Controls Management

Function: Finance

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify controls require data analytics and design the analysis by reviewing various Tcodes in SAP or reports from other applications. Design of ACL scripts with third party vendor and after validation roll out the same for monitoring controls.

2. Work on Governance Enforcement on:

- Anti Bribery Policy, Market Audit Tracking, Discounts and Commercial Policy and 'Governance Capsule enforcement. Design strong tracking mechanism to ensure compliance. Maintaining MIS on Zonal Compliance

3. Identify gaps through continuous monitoring of manual controls/review of processes/input from Business. Review of NETs and RFCs for proposed change in the system and evaluate the risk and controls. Incorporate controls if required in HRCM and update the same in narratives.

4. Design the automation process to reduce time in report preparation and ensure correctness of reports. Prepare the control matrix as per IGAAP requirement.

5. Design Risk based Audit Approach.

6. Perform audit/reviews as per the audit methodology and successful completion of activities.

7. Prepare the link between the field team and standard control requirements.

8. Identify new ideas in order to get the control performed by the field team

9. Work with field team to translate the control and process requirements in simple language in order to get them perform the activities within the control parameter.

10. Exposure to PowerBI or Advance Excel or SAP is preferred.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: CA / ICWA / MBA (Fin)

Experience : 15-18 yrs in a mid-sized manufacturing company having manufacturing and sales activities in different states preferably FMCG.
