Manager - Factory Finance (CA is Mandatory)

Function : Finance

Work Location : Khorda District, Odisha and Siddipet, Telangana and Aranya, Near Bidadi, Bengaluru, Goa

Objective : To supervise, assign, review, and participate in the work of Plant and Project activities and to perform a variety of tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility, ensuring strong compliance around financial performance and financial reporting

Job Responsibilities:

- Understanding of the business processes in manufacturing to understand the value creation workflow.

- Strong Tracker and its impact on the financial statement and class of expenses of balance sheet

- Ensure the value creation flow in the financial and robust review of every value creation activity

- Partnering with the cross functional team in generating ideas around value creation

- Support the accounting team in the month financial close activity under USGAAP and IGAAP.

- Build and maintain strong relationship with transactional accounting team.

- Monitor work of plant staff ensure compliance to company's procedures and policies.

- Manage and utilize available tools to provide regular and relevant financial analysis to the stakeholders.

Reports To: Cluster Finance Head

Key Customers

Internal Customers: Other sub functions in FSS/BSS, Zonal Finance, cross functional around manufacturing; logistics and procurement in zones and in HQ.

External Customers: Technical consultant around value creation; Auditors.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Qualified CA

- Experience: 2+ years of experience (preferably FMCG) and relevant experience of preparation and presentation of financial statements, end-to-end ownership of accounting and financial reporting.

- Work as a part of core team to identify the area of value creation.

Functional Skills:

- Understanding of the business processes in logistics and manufacturing to understand the value creation workflow.

- Strong interpersonal skill to collaborate with the key function experts to understand and identify the area of value creation.
