Job Description: Objective: This role leads and ensures the achievement of the company's Quick Ecommerce Business strategies, with the overall objective of delivering the target volume, execution, and market share. He / she ensures the correct operational efficiency and client management model of National and Regional Key Accounts (NKA / RKA), which will ultimately support the company's business & profitability. Function: Commercial Work Location: Corporate Bangalore Job Responsibilities: - Lead, design and implement sales and marketing strategies for NKA & RKA accounts to drive revenue, volume and margin growth, win share and drive basket incidence in alignment with company guidelines. - Collaborates with Logistics and other functions in ensuring we provide best in class customer service to Key Accounts and that all customer deliveries are achieved, on time and in full and avoid penalties from customers. - Responsible for stewarding the relationship with key stakeholders across the customers to build best in class value-based relationships. - Be the System expert on the channel, able to reflect a consumer, shopper and customer perspective as well as a System execution capability within the channel. Defining shopper relevant category bundles and mechanics & an impactful calendar of activation that ties in with the customers' activation cycles and briefing marketing accordingly for communications requirements and in outlet experiential requirements + aligning execution requirements with channel leads, country operations and bottler(s). - Leads regular business reviews with the customer to review performance, propose initiatives to drive volume and profitability, to the benefit of both the company and the customer. - Driving clarity on the channel Revenue pools/ Targeting of occasions, shopper types, bold OBBPC approaches to drive the right assortment, SKU optimization & innovation, terms and conditions and promo mechanics and -spends. - Ownership of customer metrics and analyses including price tracking, agreement compliance, fill rates + advanced analytic based approaches to drive category planning and customer negotiation. - Innovative RTM model for faster services and delivery to customers, - Activations for Basket penetration and increasing avg order size. - Analysing Business / sales plans and implementing various campaigns / promos to increase volumes. - Insights in customer / consumer understanding for better RTM and activation for volume / revenue growth Geographical Scope: Pan India Reports To: National Head - Ecommerce Job Requirements: Qualifications: Business Management/Economic Graduate Experience: 8+ years of experience in ecommerce industry with relevant customer, commercial, operational marketing and sales experience. Functional Skills: - Ecommerce industry compulsory, Beverage industry handling ecommerce, sales and customer management - Conceptualization and end to end execution of business plans basis the alignment in BP - Strong planning, collaboration and communication skills - Strong customer understanding from an execution perspective. - Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial, customer and Sales management. - Desirable to have candidates with Ecommerce experience (eB2C platforms), Beverage industry in Ecommerce business.
