Job Title:- VP - Strategic Finance

Hiring/ Reporting Manager:- Group CFO

Department:- Top Management

Purpose :

The role will be responsible for ensuring an appropriate management of company's financial resources, optimizing return and following the guidelines defined by the Board of Directors.

Primary functions and responsibilities:

- Manage all cash management functions including cash concentration, wires, account funding.

- Support Cash Flow analysis, cash generation, and liquidity calculation.

- Manage inter-company cash, including inter-company lending, dividends, and capital injections.

- Develop a strong relationship with banks, lenders, and JV partners and ensure financial contracts are up-to-date and all financial obligations are met

- Ensure compliance with weekly and monthly collateral reporting

- Working closely with the business to minimize financial risk.

- Support annual audits by providing information and responses to auditors.

- Should manage, maintain and administer banks and respond regular queries

- Gather, interpret, and prepare cash flow projections

- Ensure adherence to all FEMA and RBI regulations

- Coordinate with other departments to address banks queries and project cashflows

- Preparation of MIS for management

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies and procedures.

- Develop and monitor treasury operational policies.

- Play a crucial role in managing a relationship with Investor by organizing road shows, conference call.

Required Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of financial analysis

- Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS)

- Strong Knowledge of MS Office including Excel and Word

- Knowledge of appropriate accounting and financial software programs, knowledge of SAP will be advantage

- Should have independently raised funds from banks

- Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions.

Experience and Academics Qual.

Required:

- 18 years of relevant experience in Treasury and Trade finance

- Accounting or financial analysis

- CA
