Looking at hiring an HR Analytics expert to :
Use analytical consulting methods to address challenges and shape solutions by employing both qualitative and quantitative methods. Solve problems via research design and data analysis along with other forms of evidence to enable effective and employee enabling/employee friendly decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Reporting & Analytics:
- Create HR Reports (Hiring, Headcount, , Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Retention, Termination etc.)
- Interpret data from dashboards into meaningful insights and propose areas/gaps to be improved
- Prepare analytical regression models for various data variables and present it to the stake holders.
2) Optimization of HR Processes:
- Forecast costs by departments and help create budgets.
- Assess results from our employee performance reviews
- Predefining long term goals for determining a good data governance and better data management practices.
- Drive Solution Consultation and Project Management and Customized Reporting using Analytical tools
- Work with Excellence & Data, reporting team to propose improvements to dashboard w.r.t KPIs, metrics and targets ensuring right measures are being put in place.
3) Deployment of Tools :
- Identify right tools wrt. HR/Business objectives
- Negotiate the price with potential vendors
- Acquire and develop working knowledge and network to deliver and support key innovations from an IT business partnering standpoint (IT/EA infrastructure, InfoSec, Data Privacy etc.)
4) Stakeholder Management & collaboration :
- Work directly with the HR leaders to build new policies around the analytical findings.
- Work closely with business leaders
- Liaising with Markets, Digital teams and other stake holders to drive continuous adoption of Digital workplace technologies /solutions.
- Engage with digital teams, HRBPs & other community of practices to gather feedback & insights via Focus group sessions, surveys and other mechanisms.
- Business Partnering with Senior HR colleagues, providing technology solutions to their HR requirements.

Education Qualification : B.E, B.Tech/ degree in Statistics / MBA
