We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Campaign Manager to join our marketing team for Himalaya wellness! You will be responsible for setting up, implementing companies overall digital strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Implement the overall digital marketing strategy for pharmaceutical division
- Measure and report performance of various digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns focused on hcp's leveraging various digital techniques (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, etc.).
- Collaborate with internal teams to create brand communication materials
- Collaborate & onboard agencies and other vendor.
- Ensure on-time campaign content development/production for all brands.
- Manage the production of all digital assets.
- Managing the implementation & updating of Veeva vault/internal platform to ensure appropriate governance, processes (MLR), training and data integrity for digital content platforms along with data integration as required with other digital customer engagement platforms.
- Management (dam) platform and canvas for digital assets production.
- Ensuring achievement of digital transformation metrics/KPIs
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize digital spend & plans based on the insights
- Plan & execute digital promotional campaigns on doctor networking & doctor discovery platforms
- Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices in the market
- Planning and management, gather requirements to develop detailed project plans and project estimations to task level.
- Conceptualise & execute digital influencers campaign & manage content and relationships with them
- Conceptualise & execute content marketing campaigns (blogs, Quora etc.)
Key skills:
- Experience in digital production and content best practices.
- Detailed understanding in MLR process and local working instructions for content approval
- Creative and technical expertise required to ensure clear briefing of account services on all production aspects required for digital asset development, testing, tagging, etc.
- Significant cross-platform understanding of content management systems to ensure smooth integration of digital assets and data across platforms (Veeva vault, dam, canvas)
- Project lifecycle planning & execution
- Ability to work well in a team

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Agility for quick learning roles and responsibilities
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in pharma digital
- 4-5 years of hands-on experience of handling agencies / clients for the premium brands and their media & content management
- Good knowledge of all different digital marketing channels
- Good knowledge and experience with tracking & analysis tools and best practices
- Familiarity with e-commerce and digital transformation
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on a company's success
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably master's degree in marketing / digital technologies/ media management or relevant field
- Experience in digital analytics solutions like google analytics etc.
- Experience in influencer & content marketing campaigns
- Knowledge of graphic design, video editing tools, web & app development is an added advantage
