We are looking for a seasoned leader in digital marketing space with strong project management skills & proven track record of digital transformation working with multiple stakeholders in multi-channel setup. B2B or consulting experience is a big plus. You should also have a proven track record in developing people across different roles in the organization. Key Responsibilities: 1. You develop new digital marketing concepts and evaluate marketing methods for various target groups & business personas. 2. You are responsible for the integration of digital marketing strategies and activities into Hilti's multi-channel system. 3. Work closely with regional digital team in Singapore to define strategic roadmaps and investment plans for growth every year. 4. Work with local stakeholders and customize the roadmap for Hilti India and deploy digital strategy across digital platforms to ensure growth of the brand in the digital space. 5. Lead digital transformation & change management from the front in driving change & adoption of digital initiatives in direct sales & engineering taskforce on the ground. 6. Lead the demand generation/performance marketing, marketing automation & e-business initiatives to create opportunities for direct salesforce (on ground). 7. Track the full funnel performance on leads & opportunities in the CRM & define end to end metrics & financial model to evaluate the ROI of the digital initiatives in a B2B business model. 8. Translate raw data into actionable insights supporting short- and long-term strategic objectives. 9. Use Google analytics, campaign dashboards, power BI dashboards to track progress on digital initiatives & present outcomes to the executive team.
