What's the Role?
This is a strategic field-based role that blends technical consultation with solution-oriented selling. You will work closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and key decision-makers to help integrate cutting-edge construction technologies into their projects.
You'll be demonstrating value through technical expertise, building trust, and influencing key decisions in some of the most impactful construction projects. You'll lead presentations, conduct on-site demonstrations, and support clients throughout the specification process.
Key Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with consultants, architects, and project stakeholders by providing tailored technical solutions through high-impact presentations and live product demonstrations.
- Guide clients on the best use of construction technologies to meet design and performance goals.
- Actively engage with construction projects on the ground to influence decisions and provide hands-on support while closely working with cross-functional teams and the sales force to ensure the seamless execution of project solutions.
- Drive new business by identifying opportunities through site visits, building strong relationships, aligning solutions to project needs, and collaborating with sales, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure project success.
- Track and manage specifications, project leads, and pipeline using CRM tools.
- Be the link between technical excellence and commercial success-working together with colleagues to develop the best solutions.

What You Need to Succeed
- MBA/PGDM from a premier Institute
- Bachelor's degree in ideally in Civil, Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in technical consulting, project management, or business development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfort working in the field and engaging with clients at job sites
- Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
- Collaborative mindset with a strategic view of client needs and project outcomes
- Drive for results, ownership, and the willingness to grow within the organization
