Position: Business Developer

What's the role?

As a BD you will be focusing on a portfolio of Accounts (Owner, EPCs, Consultants, Sub-contractors) important for the Hilti business. You will create a strategy and lead its execution to increase utilization of our technical solutions by our customers.

What does the role involve?

- Plan and execute appropriate activities to new customer groups to ensure the rapid and accelerated introduction of Hilti solutions and prepare for future market developments

- Working with Engineering firms get specifications on important projects and successful achievement related to Project/account support and specification creation

- Accountable for the development of the strategy of the assigned accounts, leading its implementation globally through Hilti counterparts.

- Achieve Hilti standards & specifications with key customer accounts to drive sales growth

- Drive achievement of specified product sales targets with assigned accounts

- Define the integration to Hilti business model and the ability to differentiate from competitors

What you need is:

- Engineering (Civil and or Mechanical Background) with strong Commercial or business capabilities

- Proven Sales/business development experience in Energy, Oil & Gas or Heavy Industry business preferred across 6 -10 years

- Experienced and confident in facilitating face-to-face sessions to audience at all job levels

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills working in a fast-paced commercial environment involving multiple key stakeholders
