Position: Branding and Communications Professional

What is the role?
We are looking for a brand and communications professional who can strengthen Hilti India's brand presence across internal and external platforms. The role requires someone who brings expertise in brand management, content development, social media strategy, and internal & external communications. The ideal candidate should excel in a fast-paced environment, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and lead a small team to deliver high-quality output consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand & Communication Strategy
- Build and implement the brand and communications roadmap to strengthen Hilti's positioning in the Indian construction market.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including internal communication, external communication, digital, stores, vehicles, and events.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to align messaging and deliver impactful communication initiatives.
Content Development & Management
- Lead the creation of high-quality content for social media, internal channels, leadership communication, product storytelling, customer narratives, and corporate messaging.
- Develop and execute internal and external content calendars, ensuring timely campaign execution across platforms.
- Introduce new content ideas, formats, and storytelling approaches, experimenting thoughtfully to drive stronger engagement across platforms.
Social Media Management
- Drive the organic social media strategy for Hilti India across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize content performance through analytics dashboards, ensuring strong engagement and steady growth.
- Manage coordination with regional digital teams and global brand teams to adapt global assets and create locally relevant content.
Internal Communications
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies that strengthen employee engagement, drive culture narratives, and support company-wide initiatives.
- Partner with HR, leadership teams, and cross-functional stakeholders for internal emailers, townhalls, newsletters, campaigns, and internal events.
External Communications
- Support PR storytelling, external announcements, leadership visibility plans, and strategic message development.
- Ensure strong alignment between external communications, social media, and digital branding.
What are the essential knowledge, experiences and skills you need for this role?
- 10+ years of experience in brand management, content creation, social media strategy, and corporate communications across B2B and/or B2C environments.
- Demonstrated people management experience in a high-speed, stakeholder-heavy environment.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and editing abilities with a focus on clarity and impact.
- Ability to translate business objectives into communication strategies with measurable outcomes.
- Experience working with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Google Analytics, social media insights) to guide content decisions.
- Strong collaboration skills with comfort working across multiple internal functions and regional/global teams.
- A proactive, go-getter attitude with an innovative mindset driven to elevate the brand's presence across platforms.
- Internationally mobile.
