Senior Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
Branding & Messaging:
- Define and evolve HiLabs' vibrant brand identity, tone of voice, and messaging across all platforms
- Ensure consistent and compelling positioning across all channels-website, social media, collateral, media, and beyond!
Content & Thought Leadership:
- Drive an engaging content strategy across various formats (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, decks, podcasts, and more!)
- Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to craft narratives tailored to resonate with US payer executives
- Manage the content calendar while actively contributing to writing, editing, and publishing
GTM & Campaign Execution:
- Own the end-to-end GTM plans for exciting product launches, webinars, events, and strategic partnerships
- Build, run, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns designed to generate and nurture leads
- Transform marketing insights into actionable plans that elevate awareness and pipeline growth
Performance Marketing & Analytics:
- Execute dynamic digital campaigns (email, paid search, retargeting, social, and more) while tracking performance metrics
- Leverage data to refine messaging, optimize conversions, and report ROI to stakeholders
- Manage SEO/SEM strategies in collaboration with agencies or internal teams
Team & Tools:
- Work closely with sales, design, product, and leadership to align marketing with overarching business goals
- Maintain and optimize our marketing stack (Hubspot, Trello, WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Drive automation, workflows, lead scoring, and campaign tracking within Hubspot CRM
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing with ownership across content, brand, and performance
- Strong storytelling ability with a knack for crafting messages that captivate executive-level audiences
- Deep understanding of demand generation, inbound/outbound marketing, and ABM strategies
- Strong grasp of tools like Hubspot, Trello, Google Analytics, SEO platforms, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Preferred: MBA from a reputed institute
